After completing a dual study program and a few years at the Berlin tax authority, Thomas Winkler joined DOMUS in 1991 as a certified tax advisor. Since 2010, he has also worked in international matters as a specialist advisor for international tax law. In addition, he is active in Rotary, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the tax advisors’ association.
