Professional regulations for lawyers

The relevant professional regulations are the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Professional Code for Lawyers (BORA), the Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers’ Act, the Professional Rules for Lawyers of the European Community, the Law on the Activities of European Lawyers (EuRAG), Law implementing the Directives of the European Community pertaining to the professional law regulating the legal profession. Professional regulations for tax consultants

The relevant professional regulations are the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), the Implementing Ordinance to the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB), the Professional Code of Conduct of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants (BOStB) and the Tax Consultant Fee Ordinance (StBGebV). Professional regulations for auditors

The relevant professional regulations are the Wirtschaftsprüferordnung (WPO), the Berufssatzung für Wirtschaftsprüfer und vereidigte Buchprüfer (BS WP/vBP), the Satzung für Qualitätskontrolle, the Siegelverordnung (Siegel-VO) and the Wirtschaftsprüfer-Berufshaftpflichtverordnung (WPBHV).
